ACI Tech & Executive Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

Perform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties for AMERIND Critical Infrastructure (ACI), including customer support, development, and outreach; processing, completion, and submission of applications and forms on behalf of ACI customers; and working very closely with ACI staff. Perform a variety of administrative, support, and liaison duties for AMERIND’s Executive Team and the Board of Directors, which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external customers. This position is allocated 75% to ACI and 25% to the Corporate Communications Team. This job description does not represent an inclusive list of all duties encompassed in this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4 years of executive administrative support experience.
  • 4 years of policy and development support experience.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Director of Finance

Job Summary

Oversees daily activities of Finance Department. Organizes, plans and manages all accounting activities and services in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Payroll, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting. Ensures all accounting functions are performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applicable tribal, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations. Manages the treasury function for the organization. Maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and five years accounting experience.
  • Three years management experience.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Agency Manager

Job Summary

Oversees and manages the operations and Sales of AMERIND Benefits. Develops policies, objectives, and initiatives for agency. Ensures operations and sales meet strategic plans and goals. Analyzes statistical data to forecast future products and services. Ensures compliances with all regulations and HIPAA laws.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field and five years in a management capacity and one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Health and welfare experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience preferred.
  • Valid New Mexico broker license with ability to meet AMERIND’s liability insurance requirements and maintain eligibility for insurance.
  • Valid New Mexico driver’s license with ability to meet AMERIND’s liability insurance requirements and maintain eligibility for insurance.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Safety Services Representative

Job Summary
Advises and works with clients on best practices to reduce loss and protect assets.  Conducts analysis to detect, report, and resolve matters in the area of safety while providing great customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Business Management, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field and three years’ experience in safety, loss prevention or consulting.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Senior Underwriter

Job Summary
Experience underwriting commercial or public sector lines of business.  Underwrite and service accounts in the Native American and Native Alaskan Village marketplace through a direct relationship or appointed agents.
