Field Services Representative

Job Summary

Cultivates and builds relationships with outside businesses and their employees by marketing AMERIND products, creating interest, and driving sales.  Serves the membership by welcoming new and renewing policyholders as well as encouraging continuous relationships. Develops and maintains client recruitment, retention and sustainability plan. This job description does not represent an inclusive list of all duties encompassed in this position.

Director of Finance

Job Summary

Oversees daily activities of Finance Department. Organizes, plans and manages all accounting activities and services in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Payroll, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting. Ensures all accounting functions are performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applicable tribal, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations. Manages the treasury function for the organization. Maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and five years accounting experience.
  • Three years management experience.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Safety Services Representative

Job Summary
Advises and works with clients on best practices to reduce loss and protect assets.  Conducts analysis to detect, report, and resolve matters in the area of safety while providing great customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Business Management, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field and three years’ experience in safety, loss prevention or consulting.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Senior Underwriter

Job Summary
Experience underwriting commercial or public sector lines of business.  Underwrite and service accounts in the Native American and Native Alaskan Village marketplace through a direct relationship or appointed agents.
