Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Performs a variety of office support and administrative duties, such as composing and word processing a variety of standard documents and correspondence, scanning and document management, relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries, scheduling calendar items and meetings, making travel arrangements, processing forms, performing data entry, and establishing and maintaining records. Edits and proofreads documents to ensure accuracy.

Temp Service (Claims)

Job Summary

Accepts, reviews and processes claims for property, liability, and automotive incidents and losses.  Investigates the claim and determines whether or not the claim is covered under the policy.  Determines compensation due the client by reviewing details and interviewing professionals or other persons of interest in the case. Approves, denies or refers the case to another party for further evaluation.

Director of Finance

Job Summary

Oversees daily activities of Finance Department. Organizes, plans and manages all accounting activities and services in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Payroll, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting. Ensures all accounting functions are performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applicable tribal, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations. Manages the treasury function for the organization. Maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and five years accounting experience.
  • Three years management experience.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Safety Services Representative

Job Summary
Advises and works with clients on best practices to reduce loss and protect assets.  Conducts analysis to detect, report, and resolve matters in the area of safety while providing great customer service.
