AMERIND Risk Board of Directors

AMERIND Risk is a Member-owned organization of Tribes and Indian Housing Authorities. Geographically, AMERIND Risk is represented by nine regions, with each region electing a representative to serve on the Board of Directors. The regional representation of the Board of Directors allow for an equal and diverse voice among the diversity of the Tribes represented. Through their regional representative, Member-Owners have direct access to the corporation’s policy makers and management team.
The Member-Owners of AMERIND Risk nominate and elect a Chairman of the Board of Directors every three years. Greg Borene was elected to serve as Chairman in May of 2016 at the annual convention.
AMERIND Risk Board of Directors work diligently to provide Member-Owners with affordable and sustainable insurance for our Native communities and businesses.
